Onboarding guide

Before you can start integrating the Djamo Business API, you need to complete our onboarding process. This guide will walk you through each step to get your business up and running with Djamo.


Step 1: Contact Our Business Team

Start by reaching out to the Djamo Business team so we can align on your integration scope.

How to contact us

  • Email: business-team@djamo.io

Include in your message

  • Company name and website
  • A short overview of what your business does
  • Your primary use case and integration objectives

Our team replies within one business day.


Step 2: Provide Required Documents

Once we've reviewed your needs, our team will request the necessary documents to create your Djamo Business account.

Required documents:

  • Company registration certificate
  • Tax registration certificate (DFE or equivalent)
  • Proof of business address (dated within the last 6 months, e.g., lease agreement or recent utility bill)

Note

The exact documentation requirements may vary depending on your country and business type. Our team will provide you with a complete checklist.

We will also provide you with a well‑structured contract for you to review and sign.


Step 3: Receive Your Access Credentials

After contract signature, you'll receive your API credentials.

First, you'll receive credentials for our staging environment where you can:

  • Test the API without affecting real transactions
  • Develop and debug your integration
  • Experiment with different use cases

Once your integration is tested and validated in staging, we'll provide your credentials for the production environment.

Warning

You must keep your credentials strictly confidential.


Step 4: Start Using the API

You're now ready to integrate the Djamo Business API!

  2. Implement your first API calls in staging
  3. Test thoroughly with various scenarios
  4. Contact our technical team if you encounter any issues
  5. Once validated, switch to production credentials
